With a focus on the traditional style of yoga, each week you will learn asana (poses), pranayama (breathing) and meditation. Improve body awareness, strength and flexibility; focus and clarity of the mind; relaxation and stress relief. Align and enliven your being! Perfect for beginners and those with less than 6-months practice.
