Connect mind and body as you move slowly through the asanas (poses) in a graceful, gentle way while creating a dance of your own expression. Take the time to settle into each asana, exploring it and deepening it before moving through to the next pose. Using third eye integration and synchronising breath with movement, Slow Flow encourages you to stay present in your practice while calming the mind.
