Service Description

Join Ben for a 30min morning breathwork and meditation class. These sessions are designed to bring energy into your morning, while allowing you to feel grounded and centred. Ben will share gentle movement, pranayama, meditation and mudra. The sessions are suited to anyone from beginners to intermediate. Why Meditate? Meditation is a gentle and deep practice available to anyone to practice. Science-based studies have shown that benefits of meditation can improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, help gain self-awareness, increase positive feelings and capacity for kindness to self and others, increase attention span, promote emotional health, increase imagination and creativity to name a few. Overall meditation increases wellbeing and promotes positivity while stilling the mind and bringing you into a state of presence and focus.
