Service Description

Realign your spine, give your organs an internal massage, and stimulate your circulation with twisting poses. Twisting poses (asanas) are beneficial in relieving back pain, lumbar spine, groin area and hip pain. They work to contract and squeeze the organs helping to tone, cleanse and dispel tiredness and sluggish feelings. Twisting poses are also great for opening the upper back and shoulders, as well as reducing the size of the abdomen. Lets get twisted! Open to all levels. *This class can be booked as a private session.
