This calming, flowing class focuses on a more traditional approach to yoga working with breath, asana (poses) and meditation. Beginning with relaxation and awareness of breath to allow for entering into a centred state of being, you will be guided though a beautiful, gentle flowing sequence. Breathe, release, let go as you flow from one pose to another letting your breath move you. The class will conclude with relaxation and a short meditation. Leave feeling revived, relaxed and calm.
