Service Description

Build strength, flexibility and awareness with this traditional approach to yoga working with breath, asana (poses) and meditation. Beginning with relaxation and awareness of breath to allow for entering into a centred state of being, you will be guided though a various sequences. Breathe, release, let go as you flow from one pose to another letting your breath move you. The class will conclude with relaxation and a short meditation. Leave feeling revived, relaxed and calm. Open to beginners and all levels. Great for those who have completed the beginner 8-week course. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding this class.
