Service Description

Awaken and enliven your mind, body and spirit with this dynamic class using breath techniques (pranayama) and poses (asana) to strengthen, realign and balance your being. All classes begin with breathing techniques and internal focus to prepare you for a dynamic practice. Class concludes with a short meditation and pranayama to bring you to a place of peace and balance. For students with a minimum of 6 months regular practice.
