In a nurturing, supportive and fun environment Willow will introduce you to the foundations, key philosophies and concepts of Yoga. Yoga simply means 'to yolk', to bring together, to unite mind, body and spirit. Through gentle asana (physical poses), pranayama (breath work/techniques) and mediation you will begin to feel and understand the many benefits Yoga has on the mind and body. Willow has been practicing Yoga since 1990 and teaching since 2007. She is a 350hr certified Yoga Teacher and dedicated to preserving the ancient Indian practice of Yoga offering a traditional Hatha style of Yoga. With a background in acting, movement, dance and physical theatre, Willow is highly trained to understand complex emotion and body movement and welcomes students of all backgrounds and levels to her course.
