With the announcement of lockdown 6, this workshop will proceed online

Please note we will allow an in-person catch up after lockdown to ensure you can experience the breathwork and meditation experience in a group setting. 


This workshop will also include a practice that can be completed during lockdown to bring calm.

Ben is a Thornbury local and keen Yoga who runs his own business, Deepest Dish.  
Ben learned the techniques of pranayama and mediation while studying Yoga for six months in the foothills of the Himalayas, India. 

He has a caring and considerate style and is experienced in teaching these practices to varying circumstances, including workplace, schools, for parents and coaching. 

This course is open to all levels, ages and experiences. 
Wear comfy clothes that allow you sit and move easily.

During this 90min introductory workshop, Ben will share tools and techniques that will help bring different energy to your day. 

You will learn both calming and enlivening pranayama breathing practices. Importantly, you will have the opportunity to practice and consider how these techniques can be incorporated into your day. 


The workshop is open to anyone and everyone who wants to explore and develop new ways to enhance their life.


You will gain a practical understanding on how breathing and meditation can:

  • calm the nervous system

  • reduce sensations of anxiety

  • reduce inflammation in the body

  • enhance focus and concentration 

  • improve sleep

  • You will learn how the practice can be incorporated into your day. 

  • The teachings have considerable benefits when applied consistently.


  • Learn and practice 10-15 techniques

  • Notes on the techniques

  • Obtain a practice you can do each morning and evening
