Yoga Classes

Yoga classes are offered Monday to Friday in a supportive and nurturing space that welcomes all practitioners or those with a curious mind who are wanting to explore. 

We offer a traditional style of Yoga incorporating the three essentials of a practice: pranayama (breath), asana (poses) and meditation.

All of our teachers are long time practitioners of Yoga with a minimum of 350hr accredited certification. 

We offer a range of classes to suit all, from a gentle introduction 8-Week courses for the absolute beginner, to invigorating dynamic classes to suit intermediate and advanced students.

We welcome all, recognising that EVERY body is unique and understand we all experience different challenges in life.

Our classes are kept small (maximum of 10 participants) to allow for a personal approach and quality learning.

We are LGBTQIA+ inclusive. 

We offer a range of plans and options to suit your needs, from $8 online classes to $10 in studio trial class to a 10-class pass.
