Yoga Classes

Yoga classes are offered Monday to Friday in a supportive and nurturing space that welcomes all practitioners or those with a curious mind who are wanting to explore. 

We offer a traditional style of yoga hence our classes all run for 75mins to allow for the three essentials of practice: pranayama (breath), asana (poses) and meditation.

All of our teachers are long time practitioners of Yoga with a minimum of 350hr accredited certification. 

We offer a range of classes to suit all, from a gentle introduction for the absolute beginner, to invigorating dynamic classes to suit intermediate and advanced students.

We welcome all, recognising that EVERY body is unique and experiences different challenges in life.

Our classes are kept small (maximum of 10 participants) to allow for a personal approach and quality learning.

We are LGBTQIA+ inclusive. 

We offer a range of plans and options to suit your needs, from a $10 trial class to a 10-class pass.
